First Interview
Team Manager Interview - We evaluate the job applicant from various angles, such as professional knowledge, job understanding, job skills, potential, values, and vigor.

Second Interview
Executive Interview - We determine recruitment results by comprehensively evaluating the job applicant on personality and qualifications based on the team manager interview.

Final Acceptance
Website/Personal Notification - We work together with the accepted applicant as a new member of Daekyung Chemical to achieve future growth.
